Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of the products we offer we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

In the event of a damaged or defective product please reach out to us at panda@pandadips.com, within 15 days of the package marked delivered with a photo of the damaged/defective product and your order number. Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response.

Shipping

We strive to have all orders processed in. 1-3 business days. Delays are possible during sales, product launches and other events out of our control. Updates will be made via social media in the event of extended processing time.

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to become active

In the event your package is marked delivered but you have not received it please reach out to your local post office for further instruction to file a claim. They typically are delivered within a day or two.

Color Accuracy

We make every effort to accurately represent each color. Due to color variances in electronic monitors and screens the actual color may vary from what you see on your screen. Please reach out to panda@pandadips.com with any questions or concerns

Liability

This unique dip powder system uses acrylic powder, glitters, and/or pigments combined with resin and activator to give a strong, long lasting manicure. As with any chemical, always use in a well ventilated area at your own risk. Use care when closing bottles ensuring that they are clean and free of product buildup. Use extreme caution when opening stuck bottles. ALWAYS keep all Panda Dips products to of reach of children and pets.

If any irritation or discomfort occur discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
